Our Story

From one yard to three divisions

Kleanz Nig Ltd was founded in Benin City with a single scrap yard and a simple standard: weigh honestly, pay promptly, and treat every supplier like a long-term partner. That reputation for fairness became the foundation for everything that followed.

As the business grew, clients began asking for help with property transactions and, later, reliable laundry care for busy households. Rather than dilute the name, we built each new division to the same standard that earned trust in the scrap yard — transparent pricing, dependable timelines, and people who answer the phone.

Our mission is to be the one Nigerian company people call for practical, everyday services they can actually rely on — whatever the division.

Udenze Christopher , Founder & Managing Director

Udenze Christopher Nig Ltd in 2015 after years in industrial materials trading, opening the company's first scrap yard on the outskirts of Benin City. She has since led its expansion into real estate and laundry services, guided by a hands-on approach — she still visits every branch monthly.
